Step one. Once enrolled, immediately get access to your online training portal and start your training anytime.
You will work through the comprehensive training material and be guided through your online courses so you are clear what is required at each stage.
Step two. Start practicing your technique on a mannequin head.
Your salon pro lash kit arrives within 2-3 business days upon enrollment (kit included with training). Learn the basics and fundamentals so you can come into your in-person training equipped with knowledge and prepared with advanced questions.
Step three. Attend the hands-on in-person portion of your training.
Now that you’ve got the basics covered, you can come into training having your strengths and weaknesses already identified and ready to be focused on. Spend more time working with your educator over your shoulder – guiding your hand and perfecting your technique.
You will finally earn your certificate upon completion of training!

You don’t need a license to take a training if you are looking to get your journey started.
However when you’re ready to work professionally, then you should look into obtaining either a cosmetology or esthetician license (if it is required in your state).
Some students take the training and get certified to learn proper techniques, start practicing on models and build their portfolio while obtaining a license afterwards VS waiting until a license and then learning.
Licensing Options
Obtaining an Esthetician license is a much faster and affordable program — part time, 3-5 months.
Average tuition depends on if you attend a private school ($9,000+) or a community college ($2,500+). Additionally, ask for student financial aid, grants and monthly payment plans.
Since different states have different schools and programs, we would not be able to offer specific recommendations.
We suggest Googling: “Community College Aesthetician Program near me” and call to ask about pricing, payment plans, financial aid, length of program, part-time options, etc. After calling 2-3 schools, you should have a great idea of which school would be best for you.
If this is something you really want to make a career out of, then it’s totally okay to get trained and certified. You could set up an at-home studio to start practicing on models and work on obtaining a license. You could start lashing from home and work your way up to starting your own business, etc.
Everyone’s lash journey is different and everyone starts somewhere.

It is recommended to have a license before joining one of our trainings, although one is not required.
Should you not have a license, you must acknowledge to obtain a license before working professionally*.

Under the guidance of Highclass Lashes® Educators, all students must successfully complete all certification requirements to earn their certification.
To earn your certification and become a Highclass Lashes® Certified Lash Artist, you must:
• successfully complete all required training lessons & activities
• successfully follow all proper care, safety & sanitation protocols
• successfully demonstrate proper technique and skills
• successfully demonstrate proper use of products
• successfully complete your first full set of luxurious eyelash extensions from start to finish — beginning with a consolation and ending with proper aftercare.
• score a <75% average on Highclass Lashes® grading rubric.
The Online 4-In-1 Training Bundle is $389 or $45/mo when financed.
The 6-Day Online + In-Person Training is $949 or $99/mo when financed.

Each day is 8 hours from 10AM – 6PM.
In-person classses are held on the weekends.
Unfortunately, we do not provide models. Students must bring their own models (friends or family members).
If you cannot find a model, notify your educator to ask other students in your training if they have an additional friend or family member who can participate. If you have at least one model, you can also choose to work on them for multiple sessions if you didn’t finish your set on them.
You don’t need models on the first day of the training, only on the 2nd day from 2PM-5PM. Full details are provided in a class confirmation email after your enrollment.
We find students feel more comfortable & perform better practicing on someone they know.
Therefore we recommend each student bring their own model (a friend or relative).
If your friend or family member needs a little push, let them know they get a full set of lashes out of participating!
